The islands main attraction is the spectacular barrier reef, one of the
world's premier diving spots. Go scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing,
sailing, wind surfing, or spend your day relaxing in the sun, shelling, and
beach combing. Take an excursion to the mainland and visit Mayan ruins,
jungle streams and native woodcarvers primitive dwellings.

All our suites have air conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans thru out. They are facing the beautiful Caribbean Sea and
sandy beach. Each suite has a private bedroom, bathroom, living room
with queen sleeper sofa, kitchen and your private balcony to enjoy the lovely sunrises.
Enjoy the fresh water swimming pool or relax on the 250' pier.
A fresh water swimming pool awaits you after a hard day of diving or just
plain loafing! We also have
a private observation sun deck for enjoying the sun or watching the native
birds flying overhead. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Seven Seas will gladly
arrange diving, fishing, snorkeling and tours for your convenience.

All Suite Rates are based on 1
or 2 person occupancy. Maximum
allowable occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3
children. Each additional adults
18 yrs or over is $10.00 extra per night, children 6 to 17 are $5.00, Infants
0-5 stay free. A maximum of two infants will stay free when accompanied by
one or two full paying adults and using existing bedding.
Use of Suite Includes private
bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen, living area with queen size sofa bed,

Policies & Procedures
- Upon arrival at the San Pedro airport or water taxi terminal take a taxi to the resort and we pay. (Complimentary)
- Check-out time 12:00 pm - Check-in time 4:00 pm
- Four night minimum stay required during peak season
- Two night minimum stay required during high and low season
- $100.00 deposit required upon booking. Total balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Resort will obtain 20% discount on most Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Mayan Ruin Tours, Fishing, etc. List emailed on request.
- CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation must be made in writing or email.
- Cancellation 31 days or more or prior to hotel arrival are subject to $100 fee.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to hotel arrival are subject to a fee equal to $25.00 and a 50% Cost of Stay.
- Cancellation on or after check-in date are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Guests arriving in Belize land at the Phillip S. W. Goldson International
Airport (BZE) on the mainland. There you catch a 15 minute commuter
flight to San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. For the commuter flight from the
